负责工厂所有区域的节能项目，协助推进各部门生产技术改造方面工作，建立工厂节能体系和节能计划，协助中国区节能团队推进节能项目的实施及负责相关的协调工作，负责推进落实富凌工厂的持续改善工作。
- 贯彻和执行工厂安全，健康，环境程序和食品安全程序；
implement the plant procedures of SHE and food safety;
- 协助压榨经理进行锅炉车间管理相关工作；
Assisting Crushing manager in boiler system management;
- 负责建立工厂节能体系和节能知识培训；
Taking charge to build energy saving system in FL plant and training all relevant peoples
- 制定年度工厂节能计划，负责富凌工厂所有区域的节能项目，推进工厂节能项目的实施；
Making out annual energy saving action plan and Responsible for energy saving project in FL plant. Lead project development about factory energy saving program;
- 参与和审查所有改造项目是否满足节能要求，并提供合适的节能方案；
Participating in and audit all improvement project to meet requirement of energy saving, or supply best scheme of energy saving
- 每月向中国区相关负责人汇报节能日志工作及节约额；
Report to country level about energy action log and energy project saving amount monthly;
- 负责制定、维护及更新节源管理的标准作业流程；
Be responsible for creating, maintaining & updating SOP about energy management;
- 负责制定、维护及更新工厂的节能设施原理图和建立富凌工厂能源平衡数据和分析；
Responsible for creating, maintaining & updating energy/utility schematic of each factory; Building energy conversation data and analysis every month in DG plant.
9. 负责工厂的持续改善工作的管理和推进。
Responsible for continuous improvement management in FL plant.
10. 完成公司临时交付的工作；
Accomplishing temporarily assigned task by company
