Inventory
- Input data from XBS Excel into the Cleanup application.
- Input data of material movements, including GRN, Dispatch Note, Stock Transfer, Processing Issue/ Receipt into XBS (LDCL & LDCV System).
- Monthly collect and input data of Coffee Moisture for further analysis.
Warehouse
- Assist in managing packaging stock and ensuring availability for packing operations.
- Prepare and submit daily warehouse reports.
- Assist in monitoring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for receiving, shipping, and forklift operations.
- Monitor and organize container stuffing images, and send to customers upon request.
- Conduct routine stock counts to ensure accuracy between system records and actual inventory.
- Strictly abide by company regulations/ procedures and regulations on safety, health, environment, SHE policy, Food safety.
- Support stock transfer between zones.
- Support document and preparation for audit.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office
