Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles within the Shared Business Services (SBS) area, ensuring timely delivery and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner closely with functional leaders to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, and maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS.
Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and coordinate technical assessments when applicable.
Present high-quality shortlists with relevant insights and candidate evaluations.
Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Ensure clear, proactive communication with candidates at every stage, promoting a positive candidate experience aligned with the employer brand.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recruitment KPIs and recommending process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote best practices in diversity and inclusion across all searches.
Experience
Experience |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within multinational or matrixed organizations.
Proven track record recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, Execution and Procurement.
Experience working with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a focus on competency-based interviews.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at different levels.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Passionate about providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Experience working across different geographies or time zones is highly valued.
