  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles within the Shared Business Services (SBS) area, ensuring timely delivery and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Partner closely with functional leaders to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.

  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, and maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS.

  • Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and coordinate technical assessments when applicable.

  • Present high-quality shortlists with relevant insights and candidate evaluations.

  • Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.

  • Ensure clear, proactive communication with candidates at every stage, promoting a positive candidate experience aligned with the employer brand.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recruitment KPIs and recommending process enhancements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote best practices in diversity and inclusion across all searches.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within multinational or matrixed organizations.

  • Proven track record recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, Execution and Procurement.

  • Experience working with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).

  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a focus on competency-based interviews.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at different levels.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

  • Passionate about providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

  • Experience working across different geographies or time zones is highly valued.
