The Louis Dreyfus Company are currently recruiting for the full-time (fixed-term one year) position of Documentation Officer based in our office in Newstead. This position assists with data entry of details of exports into our system and creating draft export documentation. 

  • Data entry and accuracy of data
  • Preparation of draft export documents being invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, checking bills of lading
  • Submitting data to shipping lines, to obtain draft bills of lading
  • Creating export packing orders

 

Essential skills:

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work within team environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees, customers and third parties
  • Ability to work in a fast paced position

Desired:

  • Understanding and knowledge of export documentation
