We are seeking a highly motivated and experience AI Change Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will accompany LDC AI Lab in its journey to promote AI and GenAI culture, experimentation and adoption across the organization. The goal of the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) is to enable the experimentation and adoption of AI, worldwide within LDC.

  • Develop and execute AI change initiatives as defined by the AI Center of Excellence, listed, but not limited to, hereafter.
  • Apply Change Framework and execute adoption plan for the AI Lab and its AI products.
  • Work on creating AI competency in the form of on-line and off-line presentation, workshops, e-learning modules, free curriculums.
  • Organize and animate AI innovation challenge using LDC Innovation Platform
  • Organize and animate regional hackathons with the help of external vendors
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across the company.
  • Animate an AI community of several hundred members.
  • Define, monitor, and report on AI Lab key performance metrics to track adoption and communication progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, adoption planning, communication, community management, or related, in technical area.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving adoption and change management plans, implementing training and communication framework.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, in a complex, fast-paced, and international environment.
  • Passion for AI and its applications for business.
  • Passion for sharing knowledge

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • High level of self-organization skill and autonomy
  • Ability to drive different initiatives in parallel
  • Results-oriented and data driven mindset for performance assessment.
  • Prosci certification is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Adkar framework is a plus.
