Ensuring that the plant complies with the national SHE regulations and LDC policy; Be responsible for routine management of the production department; work out and implement production plan as the sales requires and improve production consumption; formulate process improvement plan; be in charge of the budget and KPI of production; provide training for the employees to improve their technical skills and enrich the safety knowledge and performance evaluation.

  1. Execute LDC SHE procedures, ensure the food, process and personnel safety, realize safety goal of zero accident and Lost time accident in production department.
  2. Implement Monthly safety and sanitation check, improve unsafety and un-sanitation condition.
  3. Formulate and review all of the workflow and procedures within plant; continue improvement about production KPI and management.
  4. Be responsible for receive, storage and loadout of material soybean, products (meal, oil, by products). Ensure quality and safety of all foods. 
  5. Working out and implementing a production plan as the sales requires, actively organizing stuff and material to supply qualified products. 
  6. Be responsible for ISO implementation and management of plants.
  7. Optimize the production technology and equipment, implement equipment maintenance regulations.
  8. Be responsible for Capex budget, application, implementation and acceptance inspection of project.
  9. Focus on the report and production cost on a daily basis, control the cost of production and make reports of the annual production cost and budget.
  10. Have a weekly/monthly meeting with supervisors and above and put forward solutions to problems arising during the production and operation and maintenance work order.
  11. Manage the attendance of the staff, Making and implementing monthly staff training plan.
  12. Formulate the employee performance evaluation standard and perform an impartial evaluation of employee performances a year and keep records truthfully.
  13. Other tasks assigned by leaders and company.
  1. Good analysis and problem-solving skills, organization and coordination abilities.
  2. Be strong in site management.
  3. Be able to make plans and carry it out.
  4. Have a strong sense of security, quality and cost.
  5. Be familiar with the law and regulations on national safety production, quality management.
  6. Have capabilities of keeping abreast of the latest development and trend of the enterprise production operation management at home and abroad.
  7. Be equipped with the procedures and methods of modern enterprise production management.
  8. Have a knowledge of industry market prospects and techniques development direction.
