  • Implement a comprehensive SC strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead all transformational projects in Downstream Supply Chain as per business requirement like CFA Network, ERP implementation, Reverse Auction, ARS/CRS, Track Trace, TMS, Planning Systems, Dashboards, for real-time SC and Operations visibility.
  • Lead sourcing for freight and warehouse services, price negotiations & agreements and supplier relationship management.
  • Drive Logistics cost reduction with external and internal stakeholders identifying various levers in primary and secondary freights. Deploy optimal transport modes/vehicle types.
  • Optimize logistics planning – Right network of CFAs with PDP/MOQ deployments in secondary.
  • Oversee multi-location warehousing operations with a focus on fill rate of various sales channels, dispatch TATs and SLA adherence.
  • Lead warehouse cost reduction with contractual negotiations, vertical storage, etc.
  • Lead Regulatory compliances for all locations, layout improvements, and process audits to enhance warehouse productivity.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and adherence to QC standards across all nodes.
  • Design the right CFA network for optimal distribution.
  • Lead annual AOP cost budgeting and planning exercise.
  • Lead logistics for 3P job-work facilities: Stock accuracy / PM planning / FG direct dispatches Primary logistics.
  • Implement robust demand planning, supply planning and inventory management system across all nodes.
  • Lead monthly S&OP with Sales and build consensus on Sales, Production and procurement plans. Lead Production planning and align plant and procurement with demand plan, ensuring healthy inventory levels across regions.
  • Monitoring and improving demand plan accuracy month-on-month with Sales.
  • Deployment of inventory norms for FG/PM at CFA/Plant. Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, optimizing working capital.
  • Drive production compliance, production efficiencies through better planning, adequate PM inventory coverage, supplier issue resolution for continued production.
  • Identify potential risks and pain points, develop mitigation strategies
  • Build a high-performance team culture focused on Ownership and internal growth.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a strong learning culture in downstream supply chain team.
  • Create a backup-ready structure with cross-training and succession planning.
  • Postgraduate from Tier1 B-schools in Supply Chain/Operations Management with a bachelor's in engineering/food industry or supply chain related majors are preferred.
  • Working experience in large FMCG with10-15 years or more experience, food industry or Oil industry supply chain is preferred.
  • The experience that has led the supply chain planning, logistics management process from 0-1 is preferred.
  • Comprehensive professional knowledge, including production management, cost control, quality management, procurement management, logistics management experience.
  • Identify with the company's corporate culture, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, team management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SAP)
  • Good communication and teamwork ability.
  • English & any Local Languages of northern India.
