ESG reporting is evolving into a strategic performance monitoring tool for LDC, serving both internal management and external stakeholders. With increasing regulatory momentum (CSRD, IFRS, EU/local standards) and expanding public ESG commitments tied to financing, LDC is reinforcing its ESG infrastructure.

This role sits within the central Finance function and plays a pivotal part in shaping the Group’s ESG data strategy, reporting framework, and consolidation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: Translate ESG standards (CSRD, IFRS, etc.) into internal reporting policies.
  • System Implementation: Support the rollout of ESG consolidation systems (Scope 1–3 emissions, Water, Waste, Pollution).
  • Data Consolidation: Gather and harmonize ESG quantitative data for internal KPIs and external disclosures (e.g., Annual Report).
  • Cross-functional Support: Assist Sustainability team with traceability of purchased volumes, certifications, and origins.
  • Regulatory Mapping: Align internal concepts and methodologies with evolving ESG regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a business partner to Sustainability, Controlling, Communications, and other teams.

    Required Knowledge & Experience

    • 2–3 years in ESG reporting, data consolidation, or financial controlling
    • Familiarity with data analysis, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards
    • Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations is a plus

    Technical & Functional Skills

    • Advanced Excel, EPM Add-In, BI tools, appetite to explore AI capabilities
    • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
    • Systems-savvy with a passion for reporting tools
    • Excellent synthesis and interpretation of complex standards
    • Fluent English (written and verbal)
