About the role
Louis Dreyfus Company are recruiting for a Domestic Execution & Logistics Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Toowoomba office. The function of this role is to complete data entry of details of exports into our system and creating draft export documentation. Also to assist with coordination to ensure packing orders are executed.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Proactively supporting documentation to ensure that shipments are processed in a timely manor
- Creating export packing orders Data entry of container and seal information
- Preparing packing orders for shipments
- Obtaining RFP/EDN from customs
- Assist with preparation of draft export documents being invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin
- Submitting data to shipping lines, to obtain draft bills of lading.
- Providing assistance with team where required
- Checking of export documentation
- Filing
- Complete other reasonable duties as directed.

- Understanding and knowledge pertaining to export documentation
- Commodities experience
- Ability to work within team environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Previous administration experience
- Ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers and third parties
