Context :
The Atlas and myLDC programs have been running for the last 5 years with the continuous need for Cloud Architecture and DevOps Engineering expertise.
The Front office has now 4 pillars for Atlas related activities: Live market, program delivery, product management, software engineering.
To drive efficiently, reuse, we need to deliver consistent services across our products (from CRM, MYLDC, Atlas v1, Cotton, MP, Derivates, Freight...)
The consistency of service offering would be driven by the Senior PM.
Responsibilities:
Document service offering and map maturity of service offering being applied in each product
Drive adoption for more services with product lead, regional PM and Lead developers.
Consistent drive of bugs monitoring, bugs SLA and resolution as well as a consistent drive of escalation
Consistent approach for release management and QA campaigns
Lead NPS survey, follow up with end users
Lead problem management and monitor the efficiency of dev teams
Provide model for business process efficiency and monitoring to drive more value for the business
Work closely with level 1, level 2, level 3 of support as well as with the release managers
Follow up with out of SLA tickets with owners to bring resolution
Follow ITIL principles
Document key transition to run for operation and monitoring moving to 24/5
Keep up to date on technology trend to leverage meaningful solutions.
Interact with other software factories within LDC for share and implement ideas.
Participate in LDC Tech design for Cloud and DevOps discussions.
Understand and follow guidelines from security, networking and infra cloud teams.
Bring the outside in, by joining external events about Cloud and DevOps best practices.
Experience
Experience |
- Experience in object oriented programming
8+ years experience in project management
Fluency in English language
Capable to lead by example and coordinate a team on DevOps activities. (Lead and Coach)
Experience in different Jira, Service now or devops like solutions for ticketing
Knowledge of event driven architecture.
Strong structured approach to documentation and ability to drive standards for the dev teams.
Knowledge of CICD and interactions with GCP, AWS or Azure.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
Trusted IT leader. Motivated and delivery driven in an agile context.
Curious to learn new technologies or patterns.
Ability to balance short term and long-term evolutions.
