- 进行可靠性意识培训，提升工厂的可靠性意识，培训相关员工的设备可靠性管理体系知识、CMMS（计算机维修管理系统）操作技能、预测性维护技术等；
- 建立和维护工厂的设备数据，带领团队进行设备关键性分析并维护进CMMS系统，有变更时及时更新；
- 按设备类型，带领团队通过FMEA分析建立工厂的设备管理策略体系，并基于设备资料及工厂维护历史数据，不断回顾和更新工厂设备的维护策略，包括为新增设备进行故障模式及失效分析，发展维护策略，根据维护策略更新在CMMS系统中的设置，确保维护策略得到执行；
- 建立和更新工厂设备的PDM数据和资料库（包括红外热成像、超声波、振动分析），确认检测点，检测路线，频率以及相关安全程序制定，包括日常新增、移动、报废设备的PDM数据更新；
- 跟踪和监测设备主动性维护数据，包括PM/PDM执行状况、PM/PDM监测结果和数据等，根据监测结果和数据为不健康设备申请维护工单并跟踪维护工单执行情况，监测工厂设备的健康状态，并跟踪故障缺陷的处理进度，定期生成设备监测报告和设备健康报告提交生产团队；
- 维护或监控设备故障停机数据，组织进行设备故障停机的根因分析及跟踪行动项完成状态；
- 通过生产损失数据、工单历史数据和维修费数据等分析，为设备管理策略更新、设备可靠性改善、维修成本和管理优化等提供支持；
- 工厂的备件管理：带领计划员发展工厂设备BOM并在CMMS系统更新设备BOM数据，进行备件关键性分析和库存策略分析及维护进CMMS系统，定期分析备件库呆滞库存及库存周转率，不断优化备件库存价值及提高库存周转率；
- 工厂五金库管理：带领五金库负责人管理工厂五金备件库，符合五金库相关的管理要求；
- 根据工厂维护历史，并使用机械/电气/力学/热力学等相关工程专业知识和经验为提高工厂设备的可靠性、安全、效率，提供专业的技术方案和支持；
- 建立和维护工厂的润滑管理表，追踪工厂润滑策略的执行和有效性，及发展和维护工厂的设备食品级润滑剂添加计划，为维修现场执行符合食品安全和质量相关程序提供技术支持；
- 工厂特种设备的管理，确保工厂的特种设备的状态符合法律法规的相关要求；
- 协助维修经理进行维修Capex管理和实施；
- 完成工厂维修类技术改造项目。
- 管理工厂的设备档案和资料；
- 完成上级安排的其他临时工作。
