Reporting to the EMEA Talent acquisition Manager, the Talent acquisition Partner will realize the following activities :
- Contribute to the regional Talent Acquisition operations in the EMEA region (mainly Western Europe & Africa)
- Realize operational Talent Acquisition activities from recruitment requisition to offer acceptance step
- Set up an efficient candidate sourcing strategy, learning about the geographical/sector/role markets
- Lead interviews and shortlist presentation, optimize time to shortlist and time to hire performance
- Ensure follow-up to candidates and internal customers throughout all the recruitment process
- Build relationships with global, regional and local business or HR stakeholders
- Support the company development bringing talents to technology, commercial or manufacturing roles
- Support EVP branding initiatives and attend career/student fairs to boost talent attraction
- Optimize regional and local vendor relationships (universities, agencies)
- Keep track of pre-defined metrics and provide reports to ensure improvement of the recruitment metrics.
Experience
Experience |
- Likely to have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, lifecycle management employer branding, recruiting tools, and recruitment technology
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle with strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Experience successfully navigating a global organization, with proven business consulting approach
- Proficient in HR and Talent data management, reporting taking KPI and SLA orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-country HR function and with cross-functional client groups and teams.
- Strong time management and organization skills with proven ability to multi-task under tight deadlines

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with demonstrated self-initiative
- Ability to flex between strategic and operational tasks, high sense of priority
- Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
