The candidate will be part of the Global Reward Center of Expertise, supporting the Global Mobility strategy, processes and policies across the entire organization. This involves:
- Close collaboration with regional with regional compensation and benefits teams and country HR teams to ensure smooth process flow, clear communication and international assignment coordination;
- Support in assignment package and salary simulation that enable the compensation teams to construct the assignment offers;
- Coordination with external service providers as well as assisting in benchmark analysis and tenders;
- Interact daily with the HR organization stakeholders to understand needs and provide first-hand guidance on mobility and benefits related topics;
- Perform data and tools (eg. Sharepoint) maintenance, management;

- 2 – 3 years HR experience, preferably in global / multi-cultural environment
- High attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English
Other skills:
- A "hands-on" mentality, happy to support and take self-initiative, contribute to projects and complete repetitive and lower value tasks where required
- Ability to read, understand, challenge and interpret data to come up with meaningful conclusions
- Excellent customer service, ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and focus despite frequent interruptions
- International mindset and ability to embrace new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- Ability to deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.

Academics
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration/Management field or Economics related field
- First professional experience in HR desired
