Our Strengths in Ukraine
LDC has become one of Ukraine’s top three grains and oilseeds exporters, specializing in wheat, barley, maize, sunflower and soybeans.
Over time, we have expanded our presence in the country, developing a network that has grown to include silos, railway infrastructure, an export terminal and several offices in southern Ukraine.
As a leader in grains and oilseeds exports in the Black Sea region, and with a well-established logistics network, we aim to secure flows and maximize efficiency as we transport local goods from farms to ports.
Our talented teams strive to build sustainable relationships with local farmers and industry, as key partners in LDC’s origination activities in the country, while leveraging best-in-class market research capabilities, unparalleled risk management and a fast-growing network of processing assets and logistics terminals to deliver high quality products to customers around the world.
Diversifying Downstream
We market our own brands of refined soybean oil (Vila Velha), cottonseed meal (Pagador) and peanut meal (Mandubi) in Brazil, and various edible oils under our Vibhor brand in India, as well as three cooking oils to the Chinese business to business (B2B) market: Fu Bai Xiang, Hong Fu Le and Chef Fu, the latter in partnership with leading e-commerce platform Meituan, to reach the restaurant and catering sector.
To complement our B2B line, we also launched our first high-end consumer cooking oil brand Mastergold in China, addressing growing domestic demand for premium oils with nine types of edible oil, including grape seed, safflower seed, perilla seed and others.
We continue to complement our core soy, vegetable oils, and grains merchandising business with other product lines, including biodiesel and ingredients like refined glycerin.

Increasing traceability in our palm and soy operations is also central to our sustainability efforts, to encourage responsible land use and non-conversion of native vegetation for soy and palm cultivation.
