Mariano joined LDC in 2008 at the age of 21 and was immediately impressed by the growth and development opportunities he realized were available to him.
Twelve years later, he remains a barbecue and football enthusiast but has now worked for three different departments and is thoroughly engaged in his role as Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
