路易达孚公司任命新的食品创新与下游战略负责人
荷兰鹿特丹2018年12月17日 – 路易达孚公司（LDC）今日宣布任命Kristen Eshak Weldon为食品创新与下游战略负责人，向首席执行官Ian McIntosh汇报，此次任命自2019年1月1日起生效。同时，Weldon女士将成为LDC执行小组的成员。
在加入LDC之前，Kristen E. Weldon曾在黑石集团（Blackstone）任职13年，其间屡任要职，最近期担任对冲基金解决方案伦敦办公室的高级董事总经理（合伙人）和联席主管。Weldon女士曾担任商品战略部负责人，也参与投资组合管理以及对冲基金经理的评价、选拔和监督。在加入黑石集团（Blackstone）之前，她曾在摩根大通（JPMorgan）从事多年商品和利率衍生品工作，工作地点位于伦敦和纽约。2007年至2017年，她还担任100名伦敦金融女士组织 (100 Women in Finance London Ltd.) 的创始董事会成员。除了在伦敦商学院攻读斯隆奖学金领导力与战略硕士学位之外，Weldon女士也拥有乔治城大学（美国）金融与国际商务学位，持有英国和美国证券监管FCA资格，并且多年来荣获许多项表彰金融领域女性领导者的奖项。
