Louis Dreyfus Company Announces the Successful Launch of a €400 Million Eurobond

ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS, 31 January 2017  – Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) B.V. today announced a successful €400 million, five-year, senior bond transaction with a 4% coupon. Application has been made to list the instruments on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market. 

“We would like to thank investors for their confidence in our business strategy and the positive long-term outlook for our sector, reflected in a strong demand with orders in excess of €1.7 billion across more than 250 investors” said Gonzalo Ramírez Martiarena, Chief Executive Officer of Louis Dreyfus Company.

“The transaction was initially launched with an expected size of €300 million, and was upsized to €400 million to accommodate investor interests within our needs. This reaffirms LDC’s commitment to being a recurring issuer on the debt capital markets” said Federico Cerisoli, Interim Chief Financial Officer of Louis Dreyfus Company.

BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Suisse and HSBC are joint lead managers on the deal.
