LDC takes its responsibility for managing that impact very seriously, and continually seeks to minimize its environmental footprint.

Our Heritage
For almost 170 years, we have sourced agricultural products where they are grown, and transported and transformed them for customers and consumers around the world, working with a wide range of trusted partners – from smallholder farmers to global organizations.rnrnWe established our presence in India in 1997, primarily conducting crop surveys and market research for oilseeds, edible oils, grains and sugar in the local market.
In 2007, LDC was formally recognized by the government of India as an ‘Export House’, and later elevated to ‘Star Trading House’ status. Today, we are a leading company in the country’s agricultural sector.
