Diversity
The Challenge
Remove any discriminatory imbalances that exist for people working for LDC, and influence others to do the same.
Action in 2020
- Farmer training to empower women smallholder farmers in Kenya, Ethiopia, Indonesia (in coffee) and India (in cotton).
- Diversity & Inclusion: we added training modules on diversity and inclusion (D&I) to LDC’s leadership training programs, and included links to e-learning courses on unconscious bias and a segment on LDC’s commitment to D&I in employee onboarding.
