Overral Purpose:

  • Performs routine, non-routine and clerical duties to ensure office(s) run smoothly and efficiently, colleagues work in a comfortable, clean, welcoming and safe office.
  • To know how to reach individual goals. 
  • Team members assist and support each other to reach team’s goals.
  • Actions, solutions, and improvements.

Main accountabilities :

Service Management

  1. Routine and regular administrative work, including but not limited to:
      • Phone answering
      • Mail room management
      • Payment
      • Contracts
      • Inventory control
      • etc
  2. Internal:  Make and implement department rules, policy, SOP correctly and properly.
  3. External:
  • On-site support for visitors (such as: government officials etc) 
  • Supervision for service providers

Environnement Management:

  • office in good condition at all perspectives

People Management

  1. Internal
      • Colleagues: to provide qualified services
  2. External
      • Vendors: how to ensure they meet our needs

 

Event and Project Management:

      • Per needs and per assignments
  • Possess 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those with experience in large enterprises or groups.
  • Visitor reception: Assist executives or departments in receiving visitors and handle various support tasks.
  • Have good organizational and communication skills, able to effectively respond to various unexpected situations.
  • Proficient in using Office software, familiar with administrative management processes, and possess certain data analysis skills.
  • Work diligently and responsibly, with strong execution and service awareness.
