- Prepare daily Positions for platform consolidation. (Daily Position)
- Prepare P&L on a daily basis for the DPNL team. (Daily PL)
- Prepare weekly risk report and provide it to operational controller for review or to risk desk after review.
- ZEMA Price template to submit with trading team on weekly basis.
- Prepare the daily report for the hedges taken for forex and compare it with trades done of that day.
- Prepare the daily report for the hedges taken for trades done and compare it with trades done of that day.
- Prepare and complete Month end flash P&L – with explanations fully understood by platform.
- Ensure no significant deviations from trading to accounting P&L on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate Intercompany volume & MTM reconciliations.
- Prepare Inventory and Open position management, valuation verification and MTM compliance.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast
- Coordinate with the accounting and execution team for the information/details required for monthly closing.
- Prepare variance analysis for the movement in P&L on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare and report annual commercial budget.
- Support and Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholders (region/country/other departments) on new business.
- Co-ordinate within platform for any business requirements/projects/system roll-outs.
- Help to operational controller for preparation of annual budget and 5 year business plan.
- Provide required data for Magnitude reporting: C & S packs – PL & BS and sign off on the final details
- Process and system enhancements, specifically ATLAS development and improvement towards global requirement.
