- Manage activities of the areas under your responsibility focusing on operational improvements, cost reduction, and greater competitiveness for the business.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Close monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX to guarantee good operational effect and delivery of physical and financial curves; Resolving problems that occur related to the asset.
- Collaborate with HR and SHE to ensure the training schedule for all personnel is carried out according to the annual plan. Also creating a SHE culture for all employees.
- Responsible for developing employee resources and motivating employees to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in each department.
- Ensure the enforcement of discipline and company regulations.
- Ensure that the company does not damage the environment and complies with Indonesian government regulations.
- Make an employee evaluation/assessment/IDP of all subordinates.
- Plan production, prioritizing demands, in order to meet the needs of internal customers.
- Plan and cascade the goals of direct subordinates and all employers.
- Plan and monitor the execution of all the projects.
- Guide the production team, and closely monitor activities to make the operation efficient.
- Guarantee the quality of services provided in operations, avoiding rework.
- Develop new ways of working, observing opportunities for improvement in the production process.
- Report results of the operations of receiving, processing, storage, blending, drying, and shipping of all coffee assets and warehouses rented in Indonesia.
- Monitor the monthly results obtained through indicators and participation in strategic meetings.
- Develop the management system, determining those responsible for each zone and periodically monitoring the results.
- Manage SHE issues like any other critical business activity, with the mindset of continuous performance improvement, and actively participating.
- Deploy and manage the Process Safety Management according to LDC Policy.
- Act, together with the Quality and Commercial area in the optimization of economic impacts in the processing, packaging, and blend and to support management decisions.
Experience

- Has min Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experienced as plant/factory manager in agro industry for min. 5 years
- Leadership/ people management – multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication with team and other departments.
- Knowledge of internal warehouse processes/ Storage Techniques.
- Continuous improvement skills – KPI’s analyzes to take decisions.
- Computing (Office package, SharePoint, Internet, Power BI, Power apps, and notes).
- Project management.
- Knowledge of Maintenance KPIs and tools.
- Cost/budget and CAPEX management.
- Knowledge in Security/SHE and PSM management.
- Advanced English language.
- Advanced Bahasa Indonesia language.
