Overall Purpose:
Domestic Execution function provides a cross-platform support for the region. The scope of this function includes trade confirmation reconciliation, cost analysis & trade finalization, invoicing & cash processing and stock reconciliation & documentation & insurance of stocks.
LDC is hiring for a one-year fixed-term contract
Main responsibilities:
- New counterparties entry into EBX; (following with Credit Risk and Compliance team if needed)
- Updating counterparty details in EBX by request
- Contracts entry into ATLAS and 1C as soon as deal is confirmed;
- Creation of contracts and additional agreements (working with AXDRAFT to streamline this process asap);
- Getting scan copies signed
- Getting original contracts signed with counterparty and in Geneva (where originally signed contracts required by counterparties);
- Checking open position report to track expiration of contracts;
- Checking open position report to check closing status of contracts
- Participate in improving internal processes and automatisations
- Backup International Contracts Execution Specialist in the future

Your profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Higher education/Bachelor's degree (accounting/economic or or related area)
- Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of IDS and Excel.
- Capacity to quickly analyze / understand new issues (highly evolving business environment / interchangeability between platforms) and find solutions requiring information search & sometimes abstract thinking.
- Ability to work independently and to take initiatives
- Interest in process optimization: ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Very good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ukrainian – native
- English – advanced
