Recognizing the data-driven strategy that is surrounding our business, LDC is looking for a master data Solution Specialist to join the IT master data team in Sofia (Bulgaria), under the Data & Analytics organization.

Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.

In this role, you are part of the IT Master Data team as a Solution Specialist focused on master data harmonization across LDC platforms, businesses and systems. You will be responsible of master data harmonization projects and a key enabler of the Data & Analytics roadmap.

You will:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze and prioritize unmet master data harmonization needs, problems, and business opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional master data harmonization projects from data profiling to alignment of the IT landscape and implementation of associate governance and monitoring tools.
  • Conduct master data analysis across systems and data profiling
  • Identify harmonization pattern and master data hierarchy that covers stakeholder’s requirements
  • Design, adapt & implement new data model in the LDC global IT tool.
  • Deliver harmonized master data portfolio, in coordination with data champions & business data steward.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the master data governance.
  • Contribute to the development of the master data harmonization strategy. 

IT skills:

  • Have proven experience in IT project management including several stakeholders, regions, and multicultural teams.
  • Have proven experience in data modelling, data architecture and/or data profiling.
  • Have a good understanding of IT technical constraints.
  • Proficient user of standard office IT applications (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Proficient BI reports developer (PowerBI is a plus).
  • Knowledge of an MDM solution (Orchestra EBX, Informatica) is a plus.

Business skills:

  • Ability to conduct business analysis to identify areas for harmonization.
  • Ability to penetrate stakeholders needs across different business domains ranging from data science, BI, risk, trading, finance, innovation, etc.
  • Curiosity & Good communication.

Soft skills:

  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
