Louis Dreyfus Company is looking for a HRIS Senior Solution Specialist, who will serve as a referent & expert of several IT solutions. You will own overall incident management for the global HR applications. From a support standpoint, you ensure support at level 1 is properly handled and you deliver the level 2 support (incident, change and problem management). You prioritize, plan and deliver enhancements requests together with the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for level 2 support for global HR applications
  • Own overall incident management for the solutions in scope
  • Contribute to enhancements/change requests management and prioritization together with the business
  • Document requirements and propose technical solutions
  • End to end accountability for plan, build, delivery and run of enhancements/change requests
  • Monitor, identify and correct product/solutions/integration defects to maintain fully functioning applications
  • Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard.
  • Support HR applications run and implementations, solution upgrades
  • Implement required security measures to protect product/solution and to notify security experts of any problems

Experience:

  • At least 5 years working experience in corporate IT teams / environments
  • Strong experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, inbound integrations, outbound integrations)
  • Experience in integrations across different systems and platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Workday Absence Management and Workday Talent Management in a plus
  • Experience with Recruitment System (SmartRecruiters) and Learning Management System (Percipio) is a plus.

Skills:

 

  • Ability to work with remote teams (good phone and video conference call skills)
  • All work done in English (must have an excellent level both spoken and written)
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record in managing multiple assignments
  • Experience and desire to work in a global, multi-cultural environment
  • Facility to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Troubleshooting skills and detailed oriented approach
  • Proactive mindset
  • Skilled on standard business tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT

Languages:

  • English - fluent written and verbal communication
