Responsible for statutory reporting and group reporting
- Supervise the closing progress, communicate and coordinate issues with front desks and central reporting team.
- Manage period opening & closing.
- Expense and cost center daily check, work closely with front desks.
- Production cost check, calculate allocation rate, allocate production & VAT Cost.
- G&A and tax accrual.
- Payment validation & Feban clearing timely in high quality.
- Prepare CIT and DT working paper and booking.
- Check TB and reconcile with supporting documents.
- Prepare all kind of local reports, such as PRC financial statements for local tax filing, ensure the reports are prepared in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Prepare group reporting package in accordance with group instruction and IFRS. Complete all schedules as required by the deadline in high quality.
- Prepare statutory analysis reports as required by central consolidation team.
- In charge of local audit and group audit, coordinate the whole process and ensure timely delivery of the reports.
System implementation and improvement
- Support on the implementation of back office system and improvement of front system.
(SAP/ BFC/ ICS/ TRAX/ MDM/ QUANTUM etc.)
Support new business and back up for other teams
- Support on new business and projects, coordinate and streamline process and fix issues.
- Support on system & process optimizing to meet SBS requirements.
- Be the backup and support other teams of finance.
- Assist supervisor to coach juniors.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
