  • Prepare all trade related documentation and Working such as trade contracts, purchase & sale invoices, delivery challan, delivery order and goods receipt notes, etc.;
  • Manage LC opening, amendments and payments of CNF buyers – palm oil + other oilseeds
  • Manage execution of LDC Pakistan oilseed imports (dealing with clearing agents, vessel agents, surveyors)
  • Manage warehousing and logistics of LDC Pakistan oilseed imports – palm oil + other oilseeds
  • Daily calculate Mark to market (MTM) counter party risk
  • Liaison with origin offices (Singapore, U.S.) for shipping docs and other execution related matters for CNF shipments
  • Check all documents for correctness such as sales tax calculation, transport documentation procedures such as road transport permits/way-bills, carrier’s responsibilities, dispatch documentation, etc.
  • Book closing procedures such as monthly stock reconciliation, physical verification reports of stocks, and preparing monthly stock reports;
  • Liaison with treasury and accounting for customer payments, invoicing, issuance of delivery orders etc.
  • Maintain customer wise and broker wise ledgers and reconcile with Accounting
  • Maintain overall LDC Pakistan Oilseeds position
  • Release reports daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly/yearly
  • Escalating matters to higher level wherever required
  • All costs relating to storage, clearing, supervision, should strive for maximum saving and exhibit proper control over the costs.
  • Business Graduate/ACCA
  • 6-8years in Domestic execution.

Experience
  • Business Graduate/ACCA
  • 6-8years in Domestic execution.
