Within the Execution Business Process Owner (BPO) team, participates in the stabilization and evolution of the Atlas v2 Trading system. The position should cover the needs of the functional designs in order to incorporate new business into the platform.

Responsibilities:

1.Evolution of the Atlas v2 core model for Execution

  • Review non-MVP PBIs (incl priorities & acceptance criteria) created by BA's and propose improvements in collaboration with the global BPO team
  • Specify and collaborate with DT&A to develop BI reports for Execution

 

2.Understand business requirements and deploy new System solution

  • Map and understand business processes, including improvement opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • Work with local network of stakeholders to explain ATLAS functionalities and validate new workflows
  • Work on migration, test cases, non regression testing, UAT and training documentation.

 

3.Continuous improvement of live countries’ support processes

  • Drive improvement potential identification
  • Follow-up on system / process enhancements
  • Communicate on new features & processes and support end user training
  • Strengthen local key user network

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in a business process owner or business analyst role 
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form an action plan
  • Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning
  • English fluency  is mandatory
  •  Agri-business sector knowledge is a strong plus

Technical skills/knowledge (if required):  

Excel, Power point, Word, any Commodity Front office system

Traveling:

Ready to travel
