- Pemeliharaan, Perbaikan, dan Pemasangan Peralatan: Melaksanakan tugas pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan pemasangan dengan mengikuti petunjuk terperinci dan bekerja di bawah pengawasan yang ketat.
- Pengoperasian dan Manajemen Mesin: Mengoperasikan berbagai peralatan dan mesin, menyesuaikan variabel untuk mencapai efisiensi. Melaksanakan tugas operasional dengan mengikuti proses yang telah ditetapkan, termasuk menyesuaikan pengaturan dasar untuk memenuhi standar kinerja.
- Kepatuhan Operasional: Mengikuti prosedur wajib untuk memastikan pekerjaan memenuhi standar kualitas yang disyaratkan dan mematuhi kode peraturan eksternal dan kode etik internal.
- Kontrol dan Analisis Kualitas: Melakukan pengambilan sampel dan pemeriksaan kualitas sederhana terhadap kondisi mesin atau proses. .
- Pengembangan Pribadi: Mempertahankan keterampilan prosedural dan teknis yang sangat baik melalui kegiatan penilaian, pelatihan, dan pembinaan.

Pendidikan minimal S1 teknik Mesin
Pengalaman kerja di bidang mekanikal industri minimal 2 tahun.
Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan memahami prosedur kerja teknis.
Terbiasa bekerja dalam tim dan di lingkungan kerja industri.
Memiliki pemahaman tentang K3 dan sistem kerja yang aman.
