In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiated a Global Finance Transformation and Digitalization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement, Industry). It consists into a:

  • Reshaping of accounting and controlling processes and securing E2E payment flows
  • The implementation of SAP S/4 HANA suite including Business Intelligence, ARIBA

The Finance Transformation is now live for more than 1 500 users which brings new challenges such as:

  • Infuse and propagate processes and solution knowledge within the teams
  • Coach End Users on usage, best practices and new functionalities brought by the Finance Transformation program
  • Leverage on the newly built solution for Continuous Improvement of the processes

    The Change and continuous improvement lead is a strategic role in the on-going Global Transformation program. It includes two main components:

    • Animation of users and relationship with countries management (head of accounting, country CFOs, …)
    • Process improvement, Process Transformation (with SAP, Analytics, Intelligent Automation, …)

    It is a Group Level role providing a transversal view of the Accounting and Controlling processes as well as a strong exposure.

    The Change Management and Continuous Improvements Manager will be leading one to several resources focusing on the below areas.

    Knowledge:

    Consolidate training documentation, gather training requirements, create a curriculum, and set a training program. Be pro-active in developing tools or approach to reinforce knowledge.

    Animate user community

    Be the point of contact of Key User community by gathering their requirements and issues on one side. On the other side, help the Key User in the best use of the processes and systems by driving the change and adoption.

    Continuous improvement

    Set KPIs to measure the user performance as well as usage. Define subsequent actions, drive the implementation of the changes.

    5 years of strong operational experience ideally ideally mixing:

    • Audit in a leading audit or consultant company
    • An active participation in Process transformation project (ideally Finance) either as an internal (ex: AMOA, Functional Business Lead, Process Owner, …) or as an external resource
    • Experience in Change Management
    • Experience in working in project mode and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role
    • Experience in international environments
    • Experience in process design and implementation of an IT tool
    • Management of a team

    Other skills (Computer Skills, etc.)

    • Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes
    • Ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action. To be problem solving oriented
    • Work independently and take ownership of the role as well as contributing to goals as a team member
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under time pressure and result oriented.
    • Ability to set priorities, organize own and others work.

    Languages:

    • English (fluent, mandatory)

    Academics

    Leading business school, Leading Engineer School, University degree in Business Administration with a major in:

    • Information System and/or
    • Finance/Accounting and/or
    • Process & organisation management
