Led by Science

Our world-class R&D center in California, US, serves as a laboratory and pilot plant where we develop and explore innovative plant-based protein products and ingredients, building a multipurpose portfolio of products and application solutions.

Our R&D team comprises business developers, researchers, engineers and food application specialists who work together to refine new product specifications and formulations, develop technology and production processes, and build know-how for future applications.​

Our Products

Our plant proteins can be used in a long list of applications: beverages, snacks, cereals, nutritional bars, emulsified meats and meat alternatives, sauces or gravies, soups, confectionery and bakery products.

Pea Protein Isolate

Pea protein is one of the fastest-growing plant proteins globally. Sustainably grown and carefully processed in North America, our non-GMO yellow pea protein isolate (PPI) contains more than 85% protein content and offers a very mild taste, distinctive creamy mouthfeel and excellent water solubility, making it adaptable and suitable for multiple food and beverage applications.

Soy Protein Isolate

Soy protein isolate (SPI) is a nutritious, concentrated form of plant-based protein originating from soybeans. Our high-quality, highly soluble, non-GMO SPI, with minimum protein levels of 90% on a moisture-free basis, is extremely versatile and designed to enhance the nutrition and functionality of a variety of food and beverage applications.
