  • Provide operational support for major Learning events including but not limited to Trading Academy, Leadership Academy and other key learning programs.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate logistics of learning events.
  • Responsible for stakeholders management for Learning events and key contact point during learning deliveries.
  • A key contributor in driving the learning metrics/analytics (participation rates, satisfaction metrics, application of learning .e.t.c).as we scale our Learning measurement and evaluation capabilities.
  • Participate in the curation of Learning content
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars and other educational sessions.
  • External vendors invoicing supervision and financial control checkpoint.
  • In collaboration with the Learning team members support annual learning needs analysis
  • In collaboration with the Learning Partners and the Learning Solutions Manager apply up to date education principles and stay informed on new learning methods and techniques while exemplifying the desired learning culture of the organization.
  • Promote and contribute to implementation of Learning processes and policies – actively support process optimization.
  • Conduct budget analysis and provide regular financial updates related to learning activities with support of the rest of Learning team.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR.
  • Demonstrated Experience in Learning Functions: Previous experience in learning and development roles, with a track record of successfully managing learning activities. Other talent focused experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding in participating in projects, either as a project member or project lead.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage learning programs and ensure smooth operations in a regional or global corporate setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Stakeholder/providers Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders/providers at various levels. Significant experience with cross functional and cross-country collaboration.
  • Oriented to Analytical and Data Management Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate insights, to support the enhancement of learning programs.
  • Training and Facilitation is a significant plus: Prior experience and skills in delivering training sessions and facilitating learning activities.
