Main Responsibilities:
- Handle FFS China logistic Activities:
- Overall understand FFS business flow and monitor full distribution solution from origination to trading destination including transportation, storage, import/export in terms of budget, cost, efficiency & risk control
- Initiate and lead new distribution solutions to continuously drive cost optimization and Logistic service improvements
- Collaborate closely with Platform to identify, avoid, and mitigate logistics operation risks
- Manage logistics vendor contract, KPI performance, monthly reconciliation and payment
- Well communicate with rest FFS team
- Transportation Management- Truck + Vessel + Rail
- Work with platform and execution team to maintain shipping plan upon trading contract
- Develop competitive logistic vendor to timely provide good transportation price quotation
- Follow up delivery status for each shipment on time and track logistic vendors for real time reporting
- Maintain transportation movement data in System
- Track market freight rate and strengthen good relationship with strategic transportation vendors
- Warehouse and Storage Management
- Work with platform, operation risk and credit team to develop new warehouse
- Support operation risk team to execute warehouse monthly check and zero-out policy
- Organize warehouse inbound/outbound, physical count and collect warehouse receipt
- Maintain system inbound, outbound & inventory data in time.
