遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度，及时准确的完成原料数据的统计和系统数据录入，跟进配送业务及外库仓储业务，完成费用的核算和申请，认真完成领导交办的临时任务和工作等。
Abide by and implement plant policies; ensure the timeliness of submission and accuracy of raw materials reports and system data update; follow up distribution business and external warehouse business; payment requisition application; logistics document and primitive data keeping; other tasks assigned by the manager.
一、遵守和执行公司安全、管理等各项规章制度，贯彻和执行工厂环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序
Implement and execute plant environmental, health and safety procedures and food safety. Abide by and
implement safety and management regulations.
二、大豆船数据统计记录和费用申请
Soybean ship record statistical data and apply for payment.
- 根据外贸船接收入库量，每日及时、准确完成系统录入，并维护系统数据的准确性；
Complete system input every day timely and accurately according to the receiving data of foreign trade vessels.

- 海关调运系统数据录入;
Data entry of customs transportation system.
- 外贸船费用的核对及费用申请；
Foreign Trade Shipping Expenses Verification and claim expense.

三、配送业务跟进
Distribution business follow-up
- 签订配送运输合同、运输托运单;
Sign the distribution and transportation contract and transportation consignment note.
- 根据商务配送计划，给承运商下达配送任务，确定配送车辆信息，确保货物按时送达客户;
According to the business distribution plan, assign the distribution task to the carrier, determine the distribution vehicle information, and ensure that the goods are delivered to the customer on time.
- 协调沟通配送过程中遇到的问题;
Coordinate and communicate problems encountered in the delivery process.
- 统计配送数据;

- 配送运费核对及费用申请。

四、外库仓储业务跟进
External warehouse warehousing business follow-up.
- 签订仓储合同，公司信息备案等；

- 跟进货物的存储及出库情况;
Follow up the storage and delivery of goods.
- 协调沟通货物存储过程中遇到的问题;
Coordinate and communicate the problems encountered during the storage of goods.
- 仓储费用核对及费用申请.

五、其他工作
Other work
- 汇总及核对部门考勤情况。
Summarized and checked the department's attendance.
- 配合财务工作，如月结系统操作和月初向财务提供预提费用；
Cooperate with the financial work, including the related system operation of the month knot and provide the accrued expenses at the beginning of month.
- 认真完成领导交办的临时任务和工作
Earnestly accomplish the temporary tasks and work assigned by the leader.
