Summary概述
项目期间：
1． 负责整个项目维修部门区域建设中的安全、质量、进度和费用。
2． 协助各个区域进行设备选型及车间维修方案设计。
3． 负责项目期间设备制造监造和验收、机械安装质量管理和验收等。
4． 协助维修经理进行项目管理和机械维修团队组织和建设工作。
5． 协助维修经理建立可靠性主动维修体系。
6． 项目施工期间现场值班。
7． 上级安排的其他工作。
生产期间：
1． 在保证生产安全和食品安全的前提下，带领机修团队执行全厂的设备的巡查、维修和保养，确保设备连续可靠运行。
2． 推行可靠性主动维修策略, 针对关键性设备施展可预防性和预测性维修，确保早期发现设备问题并解决问题。
3． 上级安排的其他工作。

1． 建设期间的SHE及承包商管理。
2． 协助各个区域进行设备选型及车间维修方案设计。
3． 设备制造监造和验收、机械安装质量管理和验收。
4． 组建机械维修团队和技术培训。
5． 项目管理和团队建设工作。
6． 可靠性主动维修体系建立。
7． 工厂维修工具和设备、维修仓库、备品备件计划和准备。
8． 上级安排的其他工作。
生产期间：
1． 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。
2． 负责维修技术人员的培训与培养，制定工作流程和操作程序（SOP），制定出本部门人员的的培训计划和考核制度，不断地提高团队人员的技术水平。
3． 负责安排日常的设备巡检﹑预防性维修（PM）和预测性维修（PDM）关键设备的标准作业程序，确保设备处于良好的工作状态。
4． 配合生产部门跟踪生产中出现的设备问题，组织维修人员积极参与设备的紧急维修。
5． 每周组织维修会议，确定下周的维修工作计划，并提出相应的材料﹑人员安排等，确保维修工作及时和有效地完成。
6． 通过根本原因分析（RCA）的方法，解决设备疑难问题。
7． 负责维修工具和可靠性仪表的检查、维护和培训，保证维修活动安全高效。
8． 管理维修备件和材料的使用，确保关键设备备件的安全库存。
9． 协助维修经理，负责全厂安全设施、公用工程设施、关键性设备等升级改造。
10． 公司/部门交办的其他事项。

Experience工作经历
同行业五年以上工作经验；具有油脂企业大型设备机械维修经验，条件优秀者可放宽对行业及岗位任职要求。

2.熟悉可靠性主动维修系统
