  • Assist the Corporate Affairs Manager in monitoring legislative and regulatory developments on a weekly/monthly basis, and contribute to preparing reports and updates on applicable regulations and policies that directly or indirectly impact the organization.
  • Support efforts to enhance the company’s image with external stakeholders, including central and local government, NGOs, associations, and local communities, focusing on both daily needs and strategic issues.
  • Contribute to internal engagement and communication initiatives such as internal training, corporate events, management newsletters, and collaboration with senior management to promote corporate values.
  • Provide support to the industrial teams in Balikpapan and Lampung in liaising with relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance for existing assets and refinery activities, including ongoing and future expansion projects.
  • Assist in organizing forums and gatherings with government officials to exchange ideas and information on business activities and potential legislation affecting the organization.
  • Maximize the value of the Corporate Affairs function across the organization by applying soft skills, creativity, and innovation under the guidance of the Corporate Affairs Manager and senior leadership.
  • Provide professional support to the Corporate Affairs Manager and senior management in navigating complex regulatory decisions, ensuring a sound compliance framework and minimizing business risks.
  • Monitor and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of mandatory company reports and other essential government filings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant educational background and profesional experience related to Business Administration, Public Communication and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in agro-industry or consumer goods.
  • Experience in a multinational company preferred.
  • Willing to travel frequently to site locations and external events.
  • Strong interpersonal & stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a matrix environment.
  • Fluent in English & skilled in drafting formal correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description

Experience
