The FPSO team consists of an international team of experienced resources with strong expertise in their domain. They act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions and propose continuous enhancements to fit business needs. They coordinate the different on-going projects in the LDC world for their respective scope.
The FPSO team is looking for a new CORE Junior Business Analyst (BOLD FPSO) who will be assisting in one or more of the below E2E processes:
- Payment flow (incl. integration with other systems), accounting and month end close
- Accounting
- Integration with Consolidation and Reporting
- Inventory, Industry & Controlling
The typical activities of Core Junior Business Analyst consists in supporting the current Finance Transformation group program.
The Core Junior Business Analyst Will work hand in hand with senior Business analysist:
- to guarantee LDC group practices and processes are followed and implemented in the back-office
- to support countries in their execution but also guarantee efficiency in terms of tools, organization and processes
This applies in different kind of activities:
- Live countries support and small enhancements: enhance user experience, provide continuous improvement, be the core model keeper and supervise the delivery of changes, keep documentation up to date
- Small projects, called “Ad-Hoc”: launch and drive initiatives to improve BOLD
- BOLD implementations in new countries: act as a referent for CORE processes and data related to his scope. Find the balance between local needs and Group requirements
- Innovation: support initiatives integrated with BOLD linked to innovation (analytics, automation, switch to paperless)
This role requires close relationship with our Business partners, other FPSO streams (Treasury, Procurement,..) and hand-in- hand collaboration with our DT&A departments.
Experience

- Audit in a leading audit or consultant company
- An active participation in Finance transformation project either as an internal (ex: AMOA, Functional Business Lead, Process Owner, …) or as an external resource
- Experience in working in project mode and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role
- Experience in international environments
- Experience in process design and implementation of an IT tool (interfaces would be a plus)
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
