This position manages the support role of commercial, execution and logistic teams for LDC BALKANS. Additionally, the position will be the key role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with key account partners and local brokers in Balkans countries and Republic of Moldova.
Main responsibilities:
- Support commercial team in daily operations: preparing trade confirmations, assistant in execution, data entry.
- Conduct market research: collecting and analyzing price data, monitoring news, preparing internal reports and line-up.
- Work with internal systems such as CRMs, 1C etc.
- Communicate with execution, logistics, finance, other departments to support commercial activities.
- Gradually participate in negotiations with clients and suppliers under the supervision of Commercial Head and/or origination manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Arranging for the information gathering on export, import, competitions activity, crop and climatic conditions, etc.
- Exchanging the market and other relevant information with customers, suppliers, in-house traders and research team.

- Confident user of MS Excel; CRM systems, 1C etc
- Verbal and written communication skills

- Detail-oriented
Languages:
- English – advanced
- Bulgarian, Romanian – advanced (optional)
Education:
- Higher education / Bachelor degree
- Graduation related to international business with agrarian commodities
