Responsibilities
- For Atlas
- Review/Approve the analysis for new features implementations.
- Recommend architectural evolution of the software.
- Coach and Mentors dev teams. Lead the dev teams for 3 scrum teams.
- Participate in architecture evolution (front and back) with lead DEV from each team - CHASSIS
- Work closely with Proxy Product owners / business to validate technical architecture evolutions.
- Document key chassis evolutions.
- Generic LDC IT
- Keep up to date on technology trend to leverage meaningful solutions.
- Interact with other architects within LDC for share and implement ideas.
- Participate in LDC EA discussions.
- Understand and follow guidelines from security, networking and infra cloud teams.
- Skills:
- Capable to lead by example core back-end implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Angular framework.
- Knowledge of Entity framework and code first approach.
- strong knowledge of micro services and saga.
- UML methodology or similar modeling language.
- Strong structured approach to document and drive standards for dev teams.
- 10+ years as a Software architect, Lead Dev and Senior Dev.
- Speaks English. Master’s degree in computer science.
- C# or Java strong skills, .NET knowledge. Understanding of CICD and interactions with GCP, AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Commodity Trading is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
- Trusted IT leader. Motivated and delivery driven in an agile context.
- Curious to learn new technologies or patterns.
- Ability to balance short term and long-term evolutions.
- Measures of success:
- Clean Architecture -> no heavy steps for evolutions (less than 3 months)
- Clean Code vs Sonar metrics (every sprint)
- Low rotation on the team (less than 20% per year in dev teams)
- Can be the SPOC for tech challenges on back-end topics
- Focus on delivery on time via a reach of plateau velocity for Domestic scrum dev teams
