We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic enhancement of our technology landscape. LDC is reinforcing the enterprise architecture of the company, aiming at multiple objectives such as aligning business and IT, enabling scalability, reducing technical risk, and fostering innovation: 

  • Define and implement the general urbanization principles on all Enterprise Architecture layers (business, data, application, and technology)
  • Identify and structure the approach to integrate new applications and technologies in the portfolio of services, working on rationalization, optimization and clarifying use cases
  • Work with commercial and functional teams to map current and new requirements, design new application architectures, find synergies on middleware solutions, challenging new requirements VS existing catalog of technological solutions, and following up the issues experienced on delivery and operations to be in a continuous improvement cycle

Main Responsibilities

  • Defining and evolving enterprise architecture standards in alignment with enterprise architecture framework.
  • Maintaining the application portfolio using existing EA APM solution, applying model for application lifecycle decisions.
  • Leading application and capability assessments to identify redundancies, modernization opportunities, and rationalization strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining target state architectures, transition roadmaps, and guiding principles across business, application, data, and technology domains.
  • Engaging with business and IT stakeholders to align enterprise architecture with strategic goals and transformation initiatives.
  • Providing architectural governance and review, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and policies.
  • Facilitating architecture boards and design authority reviews, documenting key decisions and rationales.
  • Supporting strategic projects and programs by evaluating architectural impacts, risks, and dependencies.
  • Driving the adoption of LeanIX APM as a central EA platform, ensuring data quality, modeling consistency, and actionable insights.
  • Promoting a culture of architecture thinking, fostering collaboration across teams and building architecture maturity.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, or solution architecture within complex organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LeanIX or other leading EA tools (e.g., MEGA, Orbus, BiZZdesign).
  • Solid background in applying TOGAF or similar EA frameworks in a practical, value-driven way.
  • Demonstrated success in application portfolio management and rationalization initiatives using frameworks like TIME.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across business and IT, with the ability to communicate complex architectural concepts in clear business terms.
  • Exposure to or involvement in digital transformation, cloud adoption, integration modernization, digital twin or similar enterprise-level initiatives.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating clear architectural documentation and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • High level of autonomy and accountability in managing responsibilities.
  • Collaborative approach, with a focus on knowledge sharing, mentoring, and enabling teams.
  • Be fluent in English written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration technologies (APIs, ESB, ETL), and data governance is beneficial.
  • Knowing Leanix Solution is a plus
