LDC Group Finance is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Process Manager to strengthen our Finance Processes & System Optimisation (FPSO) expertise and drive process excellence across all LDC regions. This is a global leadership role with high visibility, responsible for defining, implementing, and enhancing LDC Group finance processes and best practices, while ensuring their efficient adoption at a regional and local level.
The Business Process Manager will be the driving force behind the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of LDC’s finance processes worldwide. With functional authority across multiple regions, the role demands both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to ensure efficient, standardised, and value-driven operations.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance within LDC by championing best practices, enabling innovation, and ensuring business alignment. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact at the highest level of a global organisation.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Own and lead regional finance processes: Accounting/GL, Controlling, Invoicing & Cash, and Inventory.
- Lead BOLD rollouts, ensuring process alignment, risk management, and change adoption.
- Drive improvement initiatives (E-invoicing, automation, reporting, factoring).
- Oversee remaining BOLD implementations in Asia and guide small-entity rollouts.
- Build trusted relationships with regional leaders, Group Accounting, DT&A, and SBS Finance.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of strong operational experience, ideally combining:
- Audit background in a leading audit/consulting firm.
- Hands-on participation in finance transformation projects (internal or external).
- Project management and leadership in international environments.
- Process design and IT tool implementation (interfaces experience a plus).
- Proven track record in finance process ownership and transformation.
- Strong ability to analyse, challenge workflows, and deliver improvements.
- Demonstrated success working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders in a global setting.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform in multiple capacities, from individual contributor to global leader.
Education & Qualifications
Degree from a leading business school, engineering school, or university in:
- Information Systems, and/or
- Finance/Accounting, and/or
- Process & Organisation Management.
