  • Ensure adequate compliance with defined policies and controls throughout LDCI Lampung Packaging.
  • Perform health check to monitor on weekly basis regarding operational issues in production, engineering, and laboratory team.
  • Prepare figure and analysis monthly Key Financial Reports (monthly Actual Cost of Production, Production Volume and Factory Variances) at accelerated, reliable and accurate manner.
  • To verify and validate business transactions (e.g. payment for electricity, production consumables items, laboratory items, etc.) incurred at factory level.
  • Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements.
  • Performing factory month-end close at accelerated and accurate manner. Ensure reports generated in timely based.
  • Drive and support Factory in Budgeting Preparation (performed during OPL preparation); preparing required data and sensitivity analysis on material, labor and energy physical standard proposed.
  • Coordination, implementation and follow up on execution (Increase stock accuracy by effective stocktaking activity).
  • Prepare figure and analysis for Manufacturing Performance to improve clarity in variance report
  • Monitoring GFOH, labor and Maintenance cost.
  • Sharing and developing and increasing cost awareness for non-finance people.
  • Performing monthly stock count.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
  • Min. 3 years working experience in site/production environment or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft, especially Ms. Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of cost accounting and production costing, with hands-on experience in managing and analyzing manufacturing costs.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial planning and variance analysis
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus

Job Description

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
  • Min. 3 years working experience in site/production environment or related field.
