Brief:

Еnsure accuracy and completeness of all General ledger transactions processed for the respective Client entities in accordance with the Internal and External Accounting Guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

• To prepare and process manual journals in order to ensure the General ledger is reflective of all relevant transactions for inclusion in the P&L account and Balance sheet in the reporting period
• Preparation of trial balance & Finance reporting according to the IFRS; Preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting schedules in accordance with client’s reporting requirements.
• To prepare and submit monthly/quarterly VAT/Intrastat reports.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts within client’s deadlines to ensure all reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner. Monitor and escalate ageing issues on a monthly basis.
• To co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with bank transactions, fixed assets, inventory, trade receivables/payables, factoring, employee/tax payables, as well as other accounting activities associated with client specific business transactions.

Experience:

• Experience of accounting position.
• Experience/knowledge in IFRS.
• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.


Other skills:

• Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills
• Fluency in English language
• Good user knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience/knowledge is an advantage.

• Confident communicator and an ability to use own initiative;
• Good organizational and problem resolution skills;

• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Good numerical skills;

Academics:
Higher Education in Accounting, Finance, similar or equivalent experience.
