  • Manage all sustainability certifications (ISCC, RSPO, Organic, EPA, etc.) for LDC entities in the region with guidance from the Sustainability Specialist.
  • Maintain and update certification procedures to meet evolving standards.
  • Coordinate certification audits, including preparation of documentation, auditor engagement, and follow-up actions to ensure successful certification.
  • Monitor credits balance and ensure supplier certificates are current and valid.
  • Issue certification documents (e.g., ISCC, EPA) to external stakeholders as required.
  • Process certification-related fees and payments in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support NDPE assessments for direct and indirect suppliers in collaboration with the Sustainability Specialist.
  • Work with Sustainability Specialist to develop the list of direct and indirect supplier prioritization.
  • Conduct NDPE verification of all high-risk suppliers & define improvement plan/timeline.
  • Follow up and monitor supplier improvement action plan.
  • Work with Sustainability Lead Specialist to manage NDPE IRF data collection, calculation and improvements towards our targets.
  • Monitor and analyze grievances raised by stakeholders and identified by LDC service providers on a monthly basis.
  • Follow up on grievance resolutions and ensure timely customer/stakeholder reporting.
  • Provide refreshment training on sustainability certifications for internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting supplier training and capacity-building programs to ensure compliance with sustainability practices.

 

 

  • As minimum, 3 years of work experience in palm sustainability and certification programs
  • Experience in palm sustainability stakeholder engagement (NGOs, suppliers, customers)

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Deep knowledge on certification standards such as RSPO, ISCC, ISN,
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Project Management skills
  • GIS Technical Skills is a big plus

Job Description
