- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the regional SHE strategy, aligning global objectives with local needs. Advise senior leaders and chair regional committees to drive accountability.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to SHE regulations across jurisdictions, manage permits, and lead risk assessments. Represent the company with regulators and authorities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee SHE programs across sites, conduct safety walks, track corrective actions, and ensure emergency preparedness.
- Culture & People: Deliver training, communication campaigns, and leadership initiatives that embed safety and sustainability into daily operations.
- Sustainability: Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint, integrate sustainability into operations, and position the company as an industry leader.
- Data & Reporting: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver clear reports that translate performance into actionable insights.
