Be a central point of contact to coordinate, engage key members, organize meetings, and facilitate discussions.
• Participate in ERP(ATLAS) system/project implementations end-to-end and work closely and efficiently with cross-functional Global/Regional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Articulate business requirements, evaluate business process, provide support on documentation, highlight blocking issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor projects and present project status and metrics to management and stakeholders. • Pro-actively communicate any system implementation changes (before and after) to end-users to mitigate any downstream impact to business operations. Be a functional expert in business systems/processes and have a good understanding on interconnected systems workflow.

• Actively participate with operational teams to define system/operational requirements for new business requirements/initiatives/acquisitions. • Monitor projects KPIs and track deliverables are met. • Handling of issues related to Contract Management, Transportation and Warehousing, Inventory, Payment Process and Sales
• Create Management dashboards for monitoring live KPIs.
• Quick learner having the ability to grasp business needs and providing solutions that are aligned with LDC policies and business needs.
• Understand Change Management and be able to implement change.
• Ability to handle diverse people including field staff.

• Professional degree such as BBA/MBA.
•At least one of the SAP Certification/Oracle Certification

•At least 2 to 3 years of professional level experience of working on SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics.
• Have handled at least one project life cycle of SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics implementation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Speaking and Writing both).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
