Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) is currently building its new Talent acquisition team for the EMEA region (25 countries) and is looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The role will support regional hiring requirements and operations with focus on IT, Commercial and Industrial roles.

Reporting to the EMEA Talent acquisition Manager, the Senior Talent acquisition Specialist will realize the following activities :

  • Contribute to the ongoing implementation of the regional Talent Acquisition department in the EMEA region
  • Realize operational Talent Acquisition activities from recruitment briefing to offer acceptance step
  • Set up an efficient candidate sourcing strategy, learning about the geographical/sector/role markets
  • Lead interviews, assessments and shortlist presentation, optimize time to shortlist and time to hire performance
  • Ensure follow-up to candidates and internal customers throughout all the recruitment process
  • Build relationships with global, regional and local business or HR stakeholders
  • Support the company development bringing talents to technology, commercial or manufacturing roles
  • Support EVP branding initiatives and attend career/student fairs to boost talent attraction
  • Optimize regional and local vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Capability to work in an international environment within a matrix organization
  • Confirmed experience in direct sourcing and E2E recruitment management
  • Important track record in IT, New technologies or Sales recruitments
  • Curiosity about new technologies with a proactive, problem solving and business consulting mindset
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for developing professional relationship with internal customers and external candidates
  • English fluency is mandatory.
