Brief Job Description:   

  • Control the implementation of rules relating with Integrated Management system.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of company negotiation related General Affair properly.
  • Ensure and manage well the performance of facility Management.
  • Ensure that company business activities well supported by adequate facility.
  • Budget spending control and PDCA improvement idea.

General Requirement:   

  • Have a minimal bachelor's degree, any major.
  • Fluent English Communication, both oral and written.
  • Have good internal and external communication skills;
  • Have good sense of organizational improvement according to needs;
  • Fast learning and adaptation.

Specific Requirement:

  • Have 5 years experience in the same field;
  • Have good responsibility, sense of job priority and budget control management intern of company needs;
  • Have good industrial relationship and good communication both internal and external parties;
  • Have good job balancing and staff development among of field and administration job;
  • Have knowledge of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health), 5S (Japanese method of organizing work areas)
