1. Have the entire information and understanding of the business performance (full P&L up to Net Margin)
2. Be a business partner to all functions in the platform, such as: Commercial, Execution, Finance and Industrial
3. Actively engage with platform providing relevant data, valuable analysis and advice that support the business
4. Provide weekly/monthly financial inputs and analysis to the stakeholders
5. Be a part of the SOP process according to the business needs/requirements, delivering all the necessary figures and analysis
6. Actively involve and understand overall platform budget process and numbers (commercial margin to gross margin level).
7. Related to accounting and tax area assisting to ensure the business comply with current regulation and accounting standards
8. Keep local SOP/matrix updating and assisting to provide a clear and insights to the business/platform
Experience

•5+ years working experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in Public Accountant Firm or Big4
•Can communicate and maintain good relationship with colleague and across functions/level
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and numeric skills
• High initiative
• Can work under pressure
• Can work both in teams or individually
• Can manage changing priorities with ease
• Able to manage work with deadline
• Advanced in Ms. Office, specifically in Ms. Excel
• Fluent in English
