自动化工程师招聘要求：
- 大专以上学历， 电气自动化或相关专业毕业， 五年以上工厂电气、仪表及工控软件工作经验。
- 精通西门子PCS7自控系统及SIEMENS S7-1500/1200+WINCC系统的硬件及网络规划、软件编程、调式工作， 有三年以上编程经验，
- 熟悉温度、压力、流量等过程仪表的选型、安装和调试， 熟悉E+H过程仪表优先 。
岗位职责：
- 负责工厂SIEMENS PCS7自控系统及SIEMENS S7-1500/1200+WINCC系统的维护、编程设计，系统调试工作。
- 负责工厂工艺改进、工艺优化、新增工艺段的PCS7自动化控制系统的硬件及网络规化、软件编程、调试工作。
- 对电工进行技术指导，处理自动化网络及过程仪表安装、调试及故障处理， 解决生产过程中仪表相关技术难题。
- 保持工厂编程文档具有准确的备注，保持工艺设备仪表图（P&ID）、连锁图、仪表清单和其他相关文档更新。
- 运用“根因分析法”和其他方法解决控制系统软硬件问题，并避免其再次发生此类问题，不断提高工厂自控系统及仪表系统的稳定性及可靠性。
- 定期对电气团队进行自控仪表和PLC控制系统培训。
- 负责自动化控制系统硬件的安全库存。
- 公司交办的其他事项。
